Masanga Hospital Auditorium

The first building to be realized within the spatial framework of the master plan is an auditorium for the hospital's training institute. The plan includes three small classrooms and a canteen situated around a central square. Together these buildings form a multifunctional event space. The canteen serves as a stage, while the stairs and classrooms can be transformed into seating for up to 500 people.

​This double use of space illustrates the team's approach: wanting to use the available space as efficiently as possible. This saves the valuable landscape of the campus as much as possible.
